Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING 

Depending on the product, please allow 28-37 days for delivery. Once your order is ready and sent via DPD, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Orders can be picked up daily, from 9:00am. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Once your package has been handed over to our courier partner (DPD) nationwide, the standard delivery time is usually 1-2 working days.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 28 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

PLEASE NOTE: If a product is personalised it cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please ensure to order the correct size when purchasing. The product 3D images shown are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product. If you need further advice on this product please check our size guide.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@eide.ie with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
